Great service & high quality throughout the process.  Rugs, carpets, curtains & settees all feel brand new.  Brilliant job by James.  Friendly, informative, explained the cleaning process, effective & efficient throughout.  Jonathan was really very good at communication (which is so refreshing when dealing with tradespeople) & very knowledgeable whilst taking my order & quoting for the job & organising appointment dates.
