Friendly, informative, explained the cleaning process, effective & efficient throughout. Jonathan was really very good at communication (which is so refreshing when dealing with tradespeople) & very knowledgeable whilst taking my order & quoting for the job & organising appointment dates. Really impressive organisation & I am not easily impressed. Would definitely recommend.
